Over eight weeks, in small-group practice, you’ll meet your nervous system and witness the patterns it has carried, discovering what has been waiting to be seen. It’s a space for curiosity, tenderness, and quiet revelation—a love story unfolding between you, your body, and the life you are ready to live.

All the “fixes,” the quick resets, the promises of calm—they don’t work because your nervous system has been carrying survival, trauma, chronic stress, and pressure long before you ever tried to heal it. Your body isn’t broken; it’s been protecting you. This work meets you where you are, honors what your body has endured, and offers a different path—one that restores trust, steadiness, and the soft power that has always lived inside you.

This journey moves gently, yet with purpose. We begin by tending to the nervous system and cultivating steadiness, then explore the stories your body carries, notice patterns, and practice setting boundaries with care. As the weeks progress, you’ll deepen your ability to respond rather than react, reclaim your voice, and live with the soft power that has always been inside you. Each phase builds on the last, creating a map for integration, discovery, and lasting change.
Week One
Your Body Is Not the Enemy
Relief is in sight—safety before change. We begin by undoing the belief that you should be able to handle more. Your body is a guide, not a problem to be fixed, and we explore practices to release tension so you can feel relief immediately.
Week Two
Self-Abandonment as Survival
Understand why leaving yourself once kept you safe—and how to gently come back. Explore the ways you may have left your own needs behind to survive, while beginning to recognize your nervous system states and how they shape your responses.
Week Three
When Old Patterns Pull You Back
Familiar suffering can feel magnetic—but it doesn’t have to define you. Learn why your nervous system repeats survival patterns and how to interrupt them without overwhelm.
Week Four
Pleasure, Rest, and the Politics of Enough
Rest as refusal, pleasure as reclamation. Begin to expand your capacity as you reclaim rest, delight, and bodily autonomy in a world that asks for constant productivity.
Week Seven
Voice, Truth, and Reclaiming Power
Expression becomes possible when the body feels held. Practice speaking, acting, and showing up from steadiness, curiosity, and soft power rather than survival.
Week Eight
Reparenting and Possibility
Healing is not fixing—it’s consistent presence and new choice. Integrate the work, learn to witness yourself with care, and discover the possibilities that open when your body, nervous system, and agency are honored.
Week Five
Boundaries as Nervous System Capacity
Boundaries are information, not control. Learn to sense, communicate, and hold your limits as an expression of your body’s intelligence. We’ll also explore generational patterns that influence how you relate to boundaries and safety.
Week Six
Rewriting the Self‑Story
Your story is what your body had to do to survive—not who you are. We explore how past narratives shaped your responses and learn to create new, body-aligned stories that reflect who you truly are.

Meet Your Body is for those willing to move gently, honestly, and in relationship with their body—even when that means unlearning what the world has rewarded.
This course is not for people looking for quick fixes, productivity hacks, or mindset work that bypasses the body. It is for those ready to name how systems like capitalism, patriarchy, and white supremacy live in the nervous system and build a relationship with themselves that prioritizes listening over "fixing."
This is not a high-intensity healing experience, a performative wellness space, or a place to push, force, or optimize yourself. If you are seeking certainty, rigid formulas, or a way to bypass the body's wisdom without slowing down, this course will likely feel frustrating.
But if you are ready to build a relationship with your body rooted in trust rather than control, this journey will guide you back to your own innate wisdom.

Meet Your Body is an 8-week live course held on Wednesdays from 9:00–10:30am PST. All sessions are also available through your online Content Library, which you'll receive access to upon registration. Not sure what time that is for you? Use this time zone converter to find your local time.

Live attendance is strongly encouraged. Showing up in real time gives you the full experience of the course and allows you to build genuine connection with the community. That said, life happens. All sessions were recorded and are available to watch at your own pace through the Content Library. Please note that captions were only available during the live sessions and are not included in the recordings.
